Shipping Information

  • Regular Shipping: Orders with regular shipping will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Orders with express shipping are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, typically arriving within 1-2 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed by 1 PM CST will ship the same day if in-stock.
  • Pre-Ordering: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship once all pre-order items are available. Please refer to the estimated shipping timeframe provided at checkout.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns: You may return items for store credit within 7 business days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of an error on our part or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit only.

  • Exchange or Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@shopculturecloset.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will assist you with the next steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We suggest using a trackable shipping method for returns.
