Shipping Information:

  • Regular Shipping: Orders placed with regular shipping will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • Express Shipping: If you opt for express shipping, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. This option provides a faster delivery service, typically arriving within 1-2 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping Days: Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed by 1pm CST will ship same day if in-stock. 
  • Pre-Ordering: If your order includes a combination of in-stock items and pre-order items, it will be shipped when all pre-order items become available. Please adhere to the estimated shipping time frame provided at the time of purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Returns: You may return items within 7 business days of receiving your order to be eligible for a store credit. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns if the items do not meet these criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued. Store credit will be provided for eligible returns.
  • Exchange or Return Process: If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email info@shopculturecloset.com within 7 business days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
